Non-Defective Products Return Policy
Dear customer, did you make an unfortunate choice? Did something go wrong with your purchase? Are you having a problem? At Plaisircosmetics we are always by your side even after choosing the perfumes or cosmetics you have bought. As a customer you reserve the right to withdraw and have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product.
In case the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then the deadline is extended until the next working day.

The product must be accompanied by the relevant transaction receipt. (Evidence
Returns) Returns are accepted only if the products that the customer wishes to
returned are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, ie without being unsealed

Also returns / changes are not accepted for products that do not have a safety tape (lip gloss, mascara, lip liner,
eye liners, nail polishes and general items that come in direct contact with the skin) for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
The customer must inform us about the decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the

- Returns are made exclusively by courier or with delivery to the store.
