Non-Defective Products Return Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dear customer, did you make an unfortunate choice? Did something go wrong with your purchase? Are you having a problem? At Plaisircosmetics we are always by your side even after choosing the perfumes or cosmetics you have bought. As a customer<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>you reserve the right to withdraw and have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In case the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then the deadline is extended until the next working day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any return of products by phone or by e-mail to info@plaisircosmetics.gr<\/span><\/p>\n

The product must be accompanied by the relevant transaction receipt. (Evidence<\/span><\/p>\n

Returns) Returns are accepted only if the products that the customer wishes to<\/span><\/p>\n

returned are in exactly the same condition in which they were received, ie without being unsealed<\/span><\/p>\n

(removal of protective jelly) or their packaging has been violated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also returns \/ changes are not accepted for products that do not have a safety tape (lip gloss, mascara, lip liner,<\/span><\/p>\n

eye liners, nail polishes and general items that come in direct contact with the skin) for reasons of hygiene and health protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer must inform us about the decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the<\/span><\/p>\n
